School age. Around the school day, and through the summer.
Kindergarten and up. Quiet mornings before school, afternoons with homework help, and somewhere to be when school is out.
When school is out
A balance of fun and learning for children who have moved on to kindergarten and beyond, with help on the homework and plenty that is not homework.
Before and after school
Children arrive early, before the school day starts, and come back to us in the afternoon. Mornings are quiet. Afternoons have homework help, a snack, and room to unwind with friends.
Summer and school holidays
We run summer programs through the long break, and we take children on school holidays and on days school closes unexpectedly, so a day off school does not have to be a day off work for you.
Familiar faces
Many of our school-age children grew up in our rooms, so they already know the building, the teachers and the younger children. Reading to the little ones is one of their favorite jobs, and one of ours to watch.
What fills an afternoon
- Homework
Science and math workbooks, science projects, and help with what they bring home.
- Play
Indoor and outdoor play, puzzles, board games, art and sensory games.
- Reading
Dramatic play, and reading to the younger children in the center.

Come and see it for yourself
Look around, see the rooms, meet the teachers who may be caring for your child, and ask us anything on your mind. Tours take about half an hour and there is no pressure, just a chance to get to know us and picture your child here. Children are welcome to come along. We’d love to meet you and your family.
